The 4T Model, developed by Dr. Taha Burak Toprak, for the treatment of OCD, is an innovative approach inspired by the concepts of Islamic scholars and transformed for psychoeducation purposes. This model has been tested on OCD patients and is prepared for clinical practice (Toprak ve Emül, 2016). In a study, in which the 4T Model is integrated with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) (Toprak, 2024), a case series including three patients treated with CBT is presented. Furthermore, a systematic review has been conducted to evaluate the specific characteristics of religious content OCD, unique differences in its diagnosis and treatment, interventions during treatment, and tools needed to monitor the prognosis of the pathology (Toprak ve Özçelik, 2024). Besides, findings are obtained showing that the 4T Model is effective on OCD and various psychopathology (Işık ve Toprak, 2023; Çetiner ve Toprak, 2023; Karakan ve Toprak, 2023).  Research on this subject is still continuing.
